I have reviewed the attached landscape plan associated with the proposed pool.
Mooney Lake is a Recreation Development Lake which has a 100' setback from the ordinary high water level. I have
highlighted the 100'setback which shows stairs, retaining walls and fire pit within the setback. These are not allowed
and must be removed.
Also attached is a partial copy of the approved survey. Your plan shows septic tanks where retaining walls were once
proposed. The survey dated 9-22-17 is the approved plan. Any exterior changes, i.e.grading, retaining walls, etc., must
be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
