Subject: 800 North Arm Drive
David Perry of Hennepin County Property Division has advised
that the above referenced property may sustain future title
problems because of the unused right-of-way of former County Road
43 that exists between the west property line and existing North
Arm Drive right-of-way. County Road 43 was deeded to the City of
Orono on April 1, 1959. If owner of property wishes action
regarding this portion of unused right-of-way, the City of Orono
may proceed with vacation.
