MINUTES OF THE
ORONO CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
Monday,August 22,2011
6:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Lili McMillan, Council Members Doug Franchot,Aaron Printup, and Dave Rahn.
Representing Staff were City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Finance Director Ron Ofson and
City Clerk Lin Vee
Council continued reviewing potential revenue sources and expenditures for the 2012 budget.
Discussion focused on expenditures that could be decreased to reduce the tax levy required to fund the
proposed budget.
The preliminary budget and tax levy will be on the September 12th Council agenda for adoption.
There were no comments regarding Information Update items.
The meeting closed at 6:55 p.m.
