MINUTES OF THE
ORONO CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
Monday, March 28, 2011
5:30 p.m.
Present: Mayor Lili McMillan, Council Members Cynthia Bremer, Doug Franchot,Aaron Printup, and Dave Rahn.
Representing Staff were City Administrator Jessica Loftus, Assistant City Administrator of Long Term
Strategic Planning Mike Gaffron, Finance Director Ron Olson, Public Works Supervisor pon Debaere
and City Engineer Tom Kellogg
The City Council met with the Orono School Board to review the current design, project schedule and proposed
easements and right-of-way for the Old Crystal Bay Road Reconstruction project. The draft maintenance
agreement was also briefly discussed.
The meeting closed at 6:30 p.m.
