Thanks for talking to me today about the changes to the Neugent project. I've attached a few things that may be helpful:
• Variance application — Note the application fee is now $275 and not $700 as noted (we're a little behind on
updating our forms). The dates are not updated past the December 13th deadline for the January 16th Planning
Commission public hearing. Final action by the City Council would happen on February 12th and work could begin
on those portions of the home after that. We will need to update the existing or issue a new building permit for
those additions.
If you will not apply by the December 13th deadline please reach out and I'll provide you with updated deadlines.
With the application please provide an updated site plan with updated building plans showing the
additions/changes (including elevations).
• Original approval resolution.
• City Code section relating to Average Lakeshore Setback&aerial photo.
