I've attached a few things that may be helpful: <br /> • Variance application — Note the application fee is now $275 and not $700 as noted (we're a little behind on <br /> updating our forms). The dates are not updated past the December 13th deadline for the January 16th Planning <br /> Commission public hearing. Final action by the City Council would happen on February 12th and work could begin <br /> on those portions of the home after that.
