It sounds like the City does need an approved delineation for the City permit, which I thought was why the delineation was performed and submitted to MCWD for approval. Regardless, the delineation report was submitted for approval and it will be decided on after it is deemed complete and the required 15-business day comment period has ended. This project does however trigger City ordinances and requires wetland buffer improvements. If something has changed and this project does actually require MCWD wetland delineation approval, please advise.
