The application does not contain all required information and is incomplete at this time. As specified in District Rules, review of your application will commence once it is complete. Delay in submitting requested information may delay the scheduling of this application to a meeting agenda and/or the issuance of your permit. The following information or materials were not present in your application: A site plan (11"x17" in size or smaller)that shows the following: ❑ Site property lines. ❑ Existing and proposed elevation contours sufficient to show drainage on and adjacent to the site. ❑ The site location in relation to surrounding roads, steep slopes, significant geographic features, buildings and other structures. ❑ Existing 100 year flood elevation, if applicable. ❑ Location of proposed grading or other land-disturbing activity and location of stockpiles. ❑ Quantities of soil or earth material to be removed,stored or otherwise moved on site. ❑ Locations of proposed runoff control, erosion prevention, sediment control and temporary and permanent soil stabilization measures, including: o Perimeter control along all roads and trails. o Perimeter control at the bottom of all slopes leading off site or toward water resources. o Perimeter control and/or cover around/on all large stockpiles. o Crushed rock or existing paved construction entrance, only 1 allowed per site. 7 NOTE: ➢ All erosion and sediment control measures must be in place before any land disturbing activity begins. ➢ Silt fence must be trenched in six inches and installed according to MnDot specifications A permanent stabilization plan that states the following (can be written on site plan): ❑ Addition of at least 6" of topsoil to all disturbed areas. ❑ Method for establishing permanent vegetative cover. A surety of$1500 is required for project disturbing greater than one acre. The MCWD would like to remind the applicant that construction is not to begin on site until a permit has been issued and received. Submittal of application materials does not guarantee permit issuance. Applicants that begin work before a permit has been issued run the risk of formal enforcement action. As we review your submittals, we may find the need to request additional information, and will so inform you.
