How much dirt is being hauled in for the proposed berm? Please provide earthwork calculations. 2. Is the dirt being hauled in or mined from another part of the property? If it is being mined on-site,the proposed survey should reflect where this dirt is coming from. 3. The survey should show the edge of the road. 4. What is the purpose of the berm? Is it to prevent runoff from the roadway from entering the property? If so, there needs to be a defined ditch designed to handle the proposed runoff from a 100 yr rain/snow melt event. 5. The application will need a Minnehaha Creek Watershed District erosion control permit and may require a wetland permit due to the wetland on the property.
