Submit a vegetation restoration plats for the wetland area and surrounding buffer S. Submit a declaration for the preservation.of wetland buffers Background: The applicant is proposing to excavate 1500 square feet of a Type II wetland for the purposes of creating a pond for.wildlife enhancement. An additional 1500 square feet will be excavated in an area adjacent to,but outside the wetland boundary. The pond will be constructed in accordance with MCWD Rules and spoils will spread throughout an upland area and restored with native vegetation. Rule B Erosion control consisting of silt fence has been provided throughout the site. The pond will contain 3:1 slopes, anundulating bottom, and have a maximum-depth of five'feet.
