When we left there were still clumps of dirt to be cleared from the swale area. As of Bob's follow up (below)that material had not been removed. 2 Additionally the City's finance department has informed me that there are $5,607.00 in outstanding pass-through engineering/legal charges relating to your project that remain unpaid. You should be receiving these bills via US Mail from the City. Our accountant is out of the office today but I will get a detailed invoice from her and forward that to you next week. The dirt has been removed under the majority of the fence. However, as discussed on site with Mark,you,and myself last week, some dirt still needs to be removed from the overflow location at the corner of the fence in order to consider the work complete for the City.
