We will need a site plan in order to issue the permit. Can you please drop off 2 copies of your survey indicating the flagpole location? The flagpole should be at least 5 feet from the rear property line and at least 10 feet from the side lot line. Also as you're in the RR-1A district it wouldn't be permitted within the Front yard area (100-foot setback from Watertown Road property line). Code sections below. Thanks. Within any RR-1A one-family rural residential district, the only permitted accessory uses and structures are the following: (1) Buildings temporarily located for purposes of construction on the premises for a period not to exceed time necessary for such constructing. 1
