The as-built appears to accurately depict the site. 2. The Soil stock pile is still present 3. The site is bare soil; no sod or grass present. 4. Erosion control logs were present between the site and the storm pond. Other notes: 1. The road is heavily fractured across the street from the site. Developer should be required to repair prior to the development being completed. 2. The homeowner was present and asked for a contact to register complaints/concerns about the developer.
