Once the portion of your lawn that you hydroseeded starts to grow (an inch or so) so that it appears to be filling in let us
know so we can inspect and process the escrow release.
I haven't heard from Lori Gherardi or Revis Stephenson on timing for anything since our meeting a couple months
ago... I will check in with them. I'd like that portion seeded/vegetated and it established before winter.

Hi Melanie,
I hope you are well! I wanted to check in about our escrow deposit with the city and what we need to do to get it back?
We hydroseeded our lawn but had to leave access for the developers along the back of our lawn towards the wetlands
to do the pond outlet structure. Not sure what their timeline or plan is for that.
Is there anything else we need to do to get our deposit back?
