Dear Mr. MacKinnon:
We have determined that your proposed lot line rearrangement involving the two above-referenced
properties meets the criteria set forth in Orono Ordinances, Section 11.03, Subd. 2.65(c) to be
exempt from the subdivision process. Each of the two existing parcels will, after the lot line
rearrangement, meet the requirements of the Zoning Chapter as to area, width, and setbacks to
existing features. Adequate sites for on-site sewage treatment systems have been identified within
the 2-acre developed parcel. No non-conformities are created, and no variances are required for
continued use of either parcel.
Therefore,this letter shall serve as certification per Minnesota Statutes 462.358, Subd. 3(b)that the
subdivision regulations of the City of Orono do not apply to your proposed lot line rearrangement,
as shown on the certificate of survey by Mark S. Gronberg of Gronberg & Associates, Inc. dated
6/11/01 revised 7/10/01. You may proceed to file the lot line rearrangement documents with

RE: Tree Removal & Burning Scheduled
Dear Kintyre Lane Neighbors:
This letter is to make you aware of downed tree removal and dead or diseased tree cutting within the
wooded areas of the Kintyre II development. This project will also involve burning of the trees to be cut
and removed. The downed trees will be brought to a clearing and burned. This activity is scheduled to
begin the week of December 19th,weather permitting. Once the work begins the activity should last
approximately two to three days, again weather permitting.
