I was of the opinion that forosad property was in Spring Park or I would have sent you an earlier .notice.. . . I" respectfully ask that you post foresaid property against dumping and filling to forestall any people . who might want to use it because the appearance makes it seem like a legal place to carry on this type of operation. To date, they have not posted the property as prescribed and from reports of neighbors , one of whom would gladly appear, they continue to dump concrete tailings in what is complete swamp area. Please send them a stern notice to comply or a complaint will be signed. 1
