Tire has been a violation of Ordinance No. 12S,en. .
property, which according. to our records is. owned by
you, legally described as part of Lot 4, Langdon Perk,
Parcel 5100.
I was of the opinion that forosad property was in
Spring Park or I would have sent you an earlier .notice.. . .
I" respectfully ask that you post foresaid property
against dumping and filling to forestall any people .
who might want to use it because the appearance makes
it seem like a legal place to carry on this type of
operation.

SUBJECT: Cox Brothers — Municipal Ordinance NO. 125
I am enclosing a copy of a notice sent to Cox Brothers , who according
to our tax records , are the owners of property described thereon.
To date, they have not posted the property as prescribed and from reports
of neighbors , one of whom would gladly appear, they continue to dump
concrete tailings in what is complete swamp area.
Please send them a stern notice to comply or a complaint will be signed.
