RE: Unlicensed Inoperable Vehicles
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Ferrell:
The City has received numerous complaints regarding unlicensed/inoperable vehicles stored on
your property. The City first received complaints in 1984 on the 1963 Ford Convertible. This
car looked like it had been there for years before that. It is my opinion that it is far beyond
repair and looks like there is not even any useable parts left on it.
The City must require you to remove these vehicles or store them inside a lawfully erected
building per Orono Municipal Code Section 9.50. An inspection will be conducted on February
11, 1993. If by that time you have failed to comply, the City may issue a citation. If you have
any questions or if you have a problem meeting this deadline, feel free to contact me at my
office.

Re: Unlicensed/Inoperable Vehicles
Dear Mr. Ferrell:
The City has given you ample time to remove or make legal the unlicensed inoperable vehicles
on your property. You leave the City no alternative but to initiate legal action. Action will be
withheld until May 14, 1993. If at that time you have failed to comply, the City will issue
citations and refer the matter to the City Attorney for further legal action. If you have any
