1. Mayor indicates this is the time and place for the scheduled public hearing regarding the
rehabilitation of the Navarre water plant.
2. Mayor confirms that the recorder has the affidavit of publication.
3. Mayor /Administrator explains the purpose of the public hearing is to provide information
to the public regarding the proposed Navarre water plant rehabilitation project and to obtain
comments from the public regarding the proposed project.
4. Staff presentation regarding the proposed project.
is 5. Mayor invites questions and comments from the public.
6. Mayor closes the public hearing.
7. Discussion by Council.
8. Motion by Council regarding authorization to prepare plans and specifications and obtain
bids for the project.
