RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL SH04�G NO. J� 87 6
A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND
ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT FOR FIRE PROTECTION
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Orono approved the Addendum to Contract for
Fire Protection at its meeting on June 22, 2009; and
Whereas, the Addendum was forwarded to the City of Long Lake for its approval; and
Whereas, to date there has been no acceptance or formal action taken by the City of
Long Lake;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono as
follows:
That the City of Orono hereby rescinds its approval of the Addendum to Contract for Fire
Protection.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, on this 26th day of
October, 2009.
