Applications in the office of the District Court Administrator in said County, within 20 days after
service of this Summons upon you exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer the
Application and Cross-Applications within the time aforesaid, the Applicants in this proceeding will
apply to the Court for the relief demanded therein.
