Dear Mr. Wickman,
I am writing to you concerning the notices I received about my
septic system on June 10,1993 and July 10, 1997. I do not recall
receiving the first notice on June 10,1993. In attempting to comply
with the second notice I received on July 10, 1997, it has come to my
attention that the condition of the system has not changed since its
installation was originally approved by the City. This raises the
question of why the system was approved initially and what
conditions have changed.
I would appreciate it if we could sit down and discuss this. I will
contact you to arrange a meeting.
