Dear estreich:
According to our file yo chased the above noted building for removal after the High
Bidder Defaulted on the sale. It appears that you were awarded the sale on July 30, 2002.
You requested and were granted permission to delay the house removal, so you could
move the structure once the ground froze adequately sometime around Christmas 2002.
When that date pasted without the removal, you then agreed to removal the house by
February 15, 2003. On March 21, 2003 you were sent a letter informing you that the
house will be resold or demolished if not removed.
It is my understanding that you have resold the home, but this does not release you from
the Sale Contract. You have also been notified that you have used up your Performance
Bond in penalties for non-removal of the house. Therefore, if the building is not removed
by September 30, 2003 we have no alterative but to take back possession of the building
and dispose of it as the State sees fit.
