Dear Christine:
As requested, we have examined the wetland buffer at 3245 Watertown Road. We offer the following
observations,comments,recommendations,figures and pictures for your consideration.
1. The buffer area within the property boundary is not established. Currently the site is bare soil and
should have some type of cover established to avoid erosion and prevent sediment from leaving the
site.
2. The City should continue to hold the permit escrow until the buffer within property limits is planted
and can be verified as established.
