EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
4, Township 117, Range 23, described as follows, to wit: Beginning
42 rods (693 feet) East of the Northwest corner of said Section 4;
thence East 18 rods (297 feet); thence South 44.44 rods ( 733.26 feet);
thence West 18 rods (297 feet); thence North 44.44 rods (733.26 feet)
to beginning.*
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter o,f Section
4, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian,
described as follows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said
Section 4 distant 60 rods (990 feet) East of the Northwest corner
thereof; thence east along the North line of said Section 4, 33.5 feet
to the Northwest corner of the East 100 acres of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 4; thence South along the West line of the East 100 acres
of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 44.44 rods (733.26 feet);
thence West parallel with the North line of said Section 4,1 37.53
feet to a point 60 rods (990 feet) East of the West line of said North-
west Quarter of Section 4; thence North parallel with the West line
of said Section 4, 44.44 rods (733.26 feet) to the point of beginnin._
*for purposes of this description, the East and West lines of the
above described property have been assumed to be lines drawn paralle'
