EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
4, Township 117, Range 23, described as follows, to wit: Beginning
42 rods (693 feet) East of the Northwest corner of said Section 4;
thence East 18 rods (297 feet); thence South 44.44 rods ( 733.26 feet);
thence West 18 rods (297 feet); thence North 44.44 rods (733.26 feet)
to beginning.*
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
4, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian,
described as fellows: Beginning at a point in the North line of said
Section 4 distant 60 rods (990 feet) East of the Northwest corner
thereof; thence east along the North line of said Section 4, 33.5 feet
to the Northwest corner of the East 100 acres of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 4; thence South along the West line of the East 100 acres
of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 44.44 rods (733.26 feet);
thence West parallel with the North line of said Section 4, 37.53
feet to a poin'. 60 rods (990 feet) East of the West line of said North-
west Quarter of Section 4; thence North parallel with the West line
of said Section 4, 44.44 rods (733.26 feet) to the point of beinning.
*for purposes of this description, the East and West lines of the
above described property have been assumed to be lines drawn parallel
with the East line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 4; further
clarification of the above description may have to be accomplished
through a Torrens action.
