We received the building permit application on October 15, 2018 and sent a Department Review Letter on October 22,2018. Once permits have been inactive for over 6 months we void them and dispose of the plans. You must address our comments in the review letter before July 8,2019 or you will forfeit the plan review fee of$1,861.50. A new building permit may be applied for at any time. There is a 5 foot setback requirement from the property line. • The principle structure is required to have a 7' setback from the porperty lines. The garage is shown to have a 6.5 setback in the northeast corner, please revise. • Please provide a permit from the MCWD for this project or documentation from them. • The building plans show a walk out basement. Please provide information on the size of the patio for under the porch. • Landscape Plan. Please provide a landscape plan for the property or please clarify if your survey shows all of the hardscape improvements on the site and will be used as the landscape plan. • The porch in the rear of the home abuts an easement. This cannot encroach into the easement space. With that being said, it appears we did issue a final certificate for 3223 Shadywood Circle on 12/4/2018. Copy attached. Per my conversations with Steve & Kim, additional information is needed for the as-built survey for 3257 Shadywood Circle. See attached email chain. The as-built survey you submitted today for 3257 Shadywood Circle dated 8-7- 18 does not appear to address the engineers comments. I am out of the office tomorrow and our office is closed on Monday. If you have any additional questions, we can discuss them next week.
