Due to the size and complexity of certain projects,the Board,by Rule J,requires that site
Board of Managers inspections be conducted. In these cases,the applicant is required to pay to the District,a
fee equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project, field inspection,engineering
Pamela G.Blixt services, legal services,'and any subsequent monitoring of the work. These costs are

DNR, and the Hennepin Conservation District of a proposed water/wetland project or work which may fall within their
jurisdiction. These agencies should advise you of their jurisdiction or permit requirements within 10 days. Fill out this
