Payment of Rule J fees in the amount of$395.60 <br /> www.minnehahacreek.org -• Submit-an-emsien control fund in-the amount of$3,900 <br /> • Submit a surety for wetland alteration in the amount of$5,550 <br /> • A declaration for preservation of the wetland buffers must be executed and recorded <br /> Due to the size and complexity of certain projects,the Board,by Rule J,requires that site <br /> Board of Managers inspections be conducted. In these cases,the applicant is required to pay to the District,a <br /> fee equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project, field inspection,engineering <br /> Pamela G.Blixt services, legal services,'and any subsequent monitoring of the work. These costs are <br /> James Calkins referred to as Mule J fees. <br /> Lance Fisher Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have been met staff <br /> Monica Gross will issue the permit.
