It was noted on December 17, 1999 that a septic site at 3020 Watertown Road has been destroyed
because fill material has been placed on a proposed septic site to the east. This is dealing with
the south side of the lot. The north side of the lot has been issued a building permit along with
two approved septic sites. This property was in the process of being subdivided but a decision
has been made to not divide the lot. This memo basically states that the east most septic site on
the southern half of the lot cannot be used as a standard site for a septic system due to fill
materials being placed on the designated site.
