Dear Ms. Dickey:
Due to the extremely wet year, we realize that the required repair of your septic system may
have been difficult to complete last summer. For this reason we did not send additional notices.
Because you have been sent notifications of the required septic system repair on at least two
separate occasions, a June 15, 1994 repair deadline has been established. Unless the repair
permit is issued by this date, we will be forced to turn this matter over to the City Attorney.
Please contact the City offices if there are any questions. Thank you for your prompt attention
to this matter.
Sincerely,
