No bio-rolls were installed along Watertown road. Per my conversation with the contractor,the NE corner should have biorolls installed prior to discharging into the ditch. 2. The bio-rolls installed were not staked and are just laying on the ground. These will need to be staked in place. 3. Also noted, a course of block was removed from the retaining wall,which previously exceed 4 feet in height. There is exposed soil with no erosion control in place. The applicant will need to install erosion control (silt fence or stacked bio-rolls) until the vegetation has established itself. The main areas of concern are along Watertown Rd and the south and southeast portion of the property. 2. There are retaining walls North of the pool and SE of the stone patio which exceed 4' in height. By City Code, The applicant will need to have a registered professional engineer submit documentation the construction of the walls are acceptable. 3. The survey should show the concrete pad for the pool equipment. Please review and let me know if you have any other questions or comments.
