Here is the information you requested plus other information you will need to plan the project:
Setbacks:
10 feet from any other building
From Watertown Road the farther of 50 feet or the setback of the house
10 feet from the north and east property lines
50 feet from Willow Drive
Not more than 15 percent of the lot may be covered by buildings and structures more than six feet high.
Only one driveway allowed for the property.
If you have questions about the above contact me.
The property has a sewer stub. The septic system is non-compliant. The owners must either have an alternative
septic system location identified or agree in writing that when the present system fails they will pay the hook up
and SAC charges and connect to sewer.

20 feet from the drain field
10 feet from other parts of the system.
Installation of waste water plumbing in the garage will not be permitted unless the owners elect to connect to
sewer.
