by BRIDGEWATER BANK in favor of Orono Orchard, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability
company.
For One Dollar and other good and sufficient consideration, in hand received, Bridgewater
Bank, which holds a mortgage on the property legally described on Exhibit"A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof, which mortgage is dated August 29, 2018 and recorded August 30, 2018, as
Hennepin County document number T5557080,and recorded September 6,2018 as Hennepin County
document number A10589635, hereby consents to the platting of land in Hennepin County to be
known as ORONo ORCHARD HILL. This consent is irrevocable and Bridgewater Bank, agrees to
cooperate in the signing and filing of any and all documents which may be necessary for the filing
of a plat with respect to this property.
