Enclosed is a copy of the letter we sent to you last year when we were working on repairs and
additions to our home. At that time the City denied our request to add a screen porch. We have
now removed all hardcover except by the drive and retaining walls and we are requesting that we
be allowed to enclose our current bedroom deck so that it can house a small exercise hydro spa
(picture of spa enclosed).
We are also enclosing copies of the plans for the proposed deck. Please review these plans and
then sign and return the enclosed copy of this letter, indicating either your agreement with our
plans, or your need for further information. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
