This office issued you a permit earlier this summer for a lawn sprinkler permit. You have
failed to pay for and pick up the permit even though this city provided an inspection for
the installation. The permit must be picked up at the front desk immediately. Failure to
pick up the permit may lead to involvement of the City Attorney's Office.
