Subject: Council Resolution #5372
Neither the variance which you were granted nor the building permit issued for
you new garage show any filling in your street yard. Some of the blacktop driveway was
to be removed and replaced with sod, but it was expected that the elevations would not
change.
Please return your yard to original grade or apply for a grading permit by
June 1, 2006. Your permit application will require approval by the City Engineer before
approval. The yard will be reinspected at the time of the final inspection on your garage
addition.
