Henry �yers and Herman Olson. � ' Henry Nyers and Herman Olson outlined the necessity for ina�ediate action , .'", approving grading operations of County aid road # I5I. � .� On resolution of �lood, seconded by Neddermeyer, Council approved this pro,�ect � . .. by vote of five yeas and no neas. . _ - On resolution of Turnham, seconded by Wood,Council approved the advertisin� � �: of bids for grading of County Aid Ro�d n I5I (Pro,�ect # 5I69�,by the County� � � :. with the understanding that the Village of Orono will provide the County, �=��' not later than May 2I,I957,properly executed easements from all a�f ected :�.':�:� property owners or lien holders, or in the alternative will commence condemna.tion proceedings wnere the necessary voluntary easements have not, ' by then been executed.Approved by vote o� f ive yeas and no neas. -� Chairman Trowbridge o� the Park Corsmission reported having �contacted Harold - - Noerenberg, in an efiort to obtain a portion of his property on r,�axwell Bay . . for park purposes without result. Several otner smaller areas were mentioned ' �� and discussed and also the P,4urphy property in Crystal Bay. ... � It ��as the consensus of opinion that tne Park and Planning Comm3ssions, : �jointly should endeavor t�o recou�gnd some other area that could be secured � at a lower figure f or further Council consideration. =`��~�= Chairman Searles of the Planning Commission recommended that the Planning '=�'�$ Commission meet bi-monthly,with special meetings wnen necessary and that .=: nis committee be consulted on all zoning and planning matters. � He also suggested that �ny new Plannzng Commiesion members should be selected from our older retired citizens so as to cover the time element involved in • : properly serving as committee members. � -� .
