He pointed out that Orono Municipal Code 30.0409 Subd o l requires thit no building may be erected in this or other commercial zone except for commercial purposes. It was moved by Boldon. seconded by Wolfe9that the Crystal Bay commercial area on the east side of the Great Northern tracks be rezoned resideAtialo Motion carried, BRUCE KELL:LY- ` HORPE SUBDIVISION Discussed 4ore the recommendations of the Planning Commission concerning this subdivision as recorded in the minutes of the meeting of NOV-3,1962. in the matter of cul -de -sacs the Commission voiced opposition to the arrangement. It was also suggested that NO. Kelley masse some rearrangement of certain lots bordering the low area on the south end of the tract, It was further mentioned that it would be necessary to correlate plans with all parties owning pircels of property w1thin the prop000d subdivision, NA VARRE STUDY The Chair read correspondance and an outline of the proposed work to be dome by the Midwest Planning and Research firma Boldon moved reco!nmending acceptance of the terms set forth by the firm.
