Russell called the meeting to order with <br />the Following members present :W.W.Wolfe'9R.L.Searles9 Wm. To <br />Mi1ls,H.R.Rice,111m A.Curry,S.M.Halperin and'Don Cleveland.Also <br />present were D.J.Bo11,Vi.11age Clerk and C.R.Quady,Trustee. <br />In the.absence of the regular secretary,the Chair designated <br />Vtm.T.Mills to act pro tem. <br />D.D.Ryerse,Jr. ®Subdi on f3 <br />A subdivision involving 7 lot an extending cul —de- <br />sac on a site bounded on the by Co.Hwy. #146,describ'ed <br />as "approximately the W h of the N.E.4 of See.3,T.117,R.23" <br />ryas submitted by D.D.Ryerse for recommendations. It was <br />moved by Searles,seconded by.Rice,to approve the subdivision <br />with the stipulation thAt the cul —de —sac radius be 60 ft., <br />and it was recommended that all such cut —de —saes have this <br />radius in the futureo Motion carried <br />i <br />Cleveland — Kramer — Subdivision <br />C.L.Kramer and Donald and Richard Cleve and submitted a <br />plat calling for the subdivision of all that portion of the <br />SW.i of the S.E.-L of See-35,T.118 No9R.23 W. lying south of <br />the Minn, Western R.R. and southeasterly of the Great North- <br />ern R.R. The request was for recommendation of 4 tracts. <br />The matter was tabled9with the request that Tract A,contadn- <br />ing low ground,be divided between tract B and C, and that a <br />road be shown on the RLS -blat. <br />Thorpe Bros.— Subdivision ;'o-,li <br />Thorpe Bros.Realty Co.submitted a request for recommen- <br />dations on a proposed subdivision of a portion of the S.-j of <br />Sec.3,T.118,R.23W. The Commission expressed concern for access <br />control along Orono Rdo#879 and also questioned the two cul- <br />de—sacs. The matter was tabled pending a site examination on <br />Sat.,Nov.3rd. <br />Baltuff— Building Permits <br />Mr. Chester Lind of Smaby,Bermel & "Cappy" Jones Realty <br />Co. was present representing Mrs.Irving L. Baltuff re bldg. <br />permits on lots 27 &: 29,Tonkaview Gardens (Wildhurst Trail). <br />Width of the lots at setback line,approx.80 ft. The matter <br />was tabled pending a field visit Nov-3rd. <br />C.R.Quady— Vacation of Alley <br />C.R.Quady requested approval of vacation of the alley <br />between Lakeview Ave. & Tonka Ave.,B1k.1,Maxwell °s Addn.to <br />Crystal Bay. It was moved by Curry,seconded by Halperin,that <br />the vacation by recommended,but the Village to retain the <br />right of utility easements. Motion carried. <br />Detachment <br />It was moved by Searles,seconded by Curry,that Lots 1, <br />2,3,B1k.4 and 1.2,3,B1k.5 in Streeter °s Spring Park Addn. <br />be recommended for detachment as per petition,for possible <br />annexation to Spring Park. Motion carried. <br />
