The proposed subdivision of Auditor's Subdivision # 266
containing a total of 20,27 acres waa explained by Charles S.
BellowegAttorney representing Josephine and Melville Krogness9
owners of the property The proposed plan calls for 11 Lots
wi-'f;h a private circular driveway exiting on the private roadway
of the Woodhill Country Cl.ub.There is also an outlot of 1.33
acres on which there will be no building. Mr. Bellows stated
that full agreement had been reached with John Pillsbury and the
Woodhill Club regarding the plan.
The plan includes the straightening and grading of the
Woodhill Club road to eliminate a bad curve and sharp rise, The
Commission expressed a deaire to see exact plans of this i
