A. Lannie Cragg was present regarding his request for a
garage variance ®(See File # 124) The access to this garage CRAGG
would be over the same vacated street mentioned in the Ebert. GARAGE
Franqufst matter and could be closed by any of the property VARIANCE
owners east of Cragg and Ebert. Mr. Cragg was informed that
favorable action might depend upon a formal approval of these
neighbors which should be filed with other information in
File -� 124 for his future protection. Per. Cragg agreed to
furnish such evidence.
The Planning Commission wishes to be placed on record ORONO ORCH.AIM
as unequivocally and unanimously in favor of the acquisition GOLF CWRSE
of the Qmno Orchard Golf Course area for future development
of a self - supporting recreational pro jec:t.a factor which is
regrettably ladcing in the Village to date.
