Call to order The following members were present: H.S.Rice,Wm.P-.Curx7,Wm.H. Rolleall N1dho11s,Wm.K,Bartig and R.F.Dongoskke. The Chairman announced that this was the time and place for opening the following Public Hearings as advertised in the official newspaper,the Minnetonka Herald: l.Axel Seeger:Division of 51 acres into three lots. Public 2. Dr.Harold su11wold:Division in order to self. one Hearings of two lots to daughter, 3Q Phillip E.Gordon :Division of Lots 10,11,12,B1k 1 Hillside Para into two lots, 4, George Osha:to divide 3 acres off of 27.83 acres. All persons present having been heard,the Chairman declared the Public Hearings closed. The Regular Meeting was opened. Mrs, Axel Seeger of 1025 Loma lAnda Ave. was present in re- Seeger gaad to a division of 54z acres into three lots. Bartig moved Division to recommend approval of the preliminary plat.Hicse seconded and the motion Wried 6 ayes,0 nayso Dr.Harold sullmold,3705 North Shore Drive,asked for a division of his propQriy into two parcels of 16,000 and 220600 sq.ft. Su2lwold each.A dwelling exists on each parcel. Idea moved to recomme-A Division approval contingent on hookup to the municipal sewer. Bartig seconded and the motion passed 6 ayes,0 nays. Philip E.Gordoon prapexrty,372 trest Lake Street.Lots 10,11,12 Blk.l Hillside Park into two pareels.one 43,600.the other Gordon 43,800 sq.f't, Parcel 2 has a dwelling and two cottages on it. Division Minutes of the meeting of July 17th indicate that this request was presented and that the Village Ordinance on Multiple Dwellings was explained. to Dr.Gordon °s representatives® Bartig moved,Ried seconding,that the request be retuz^ned to Council without recommendations other than that there should be W more than one dwelling per lot.Yztion passed.6 ayes,0 nays. George Osha: 4145 Tntatextown Road. Three acres off of 27.83 acres. Dongoske moved.Curry seconding ,that the request be reo.. Osha commended for approval..Motion passed 6 ayes.0 nays, Division Do las Johns - n :property at 1349 lbrth Arm Drive.lot 8,Mk 6, Iot 9,H1k.7.Requestt- information :buildability problem because Johnson of deep draw. The Chair appointed a committee to view the pro® B1dg.Per,? perty irith Mr.. Johnson in an effort to determine possible building location. R. Si ld Vedeler: property at 1595 Orchard Beach Place. Tot 100 by $Reference was made to minutes of a regular Vedeler meeting on May 21.1962 relative to this lot. Quote:* The Bulding Commission recommends that the Village Council give consid- PerMit eration to the possibility of acquiring this property, It adjoins a 60 f`t.wide lake access (Orchard Beach Place) and thus would give the village ownership of 146 ft.of Lakeshore having a good sandy beach. The ovner,who lives in California, Is (was then) a4dng $7.500,but since the dimensions of the property preclude a building site,it might be acquired for less." Cragg The plat faits to show the location of the garage and the access Variance thereto. The Chair appointed a committee to view this pierâ–º after getting pertinont information.
