is 5OX 140 £t.,on 1 akeshore of North Arse. Single separate Stanley Rudd
owner ship. i3o adjacent property available.
Mr. and IL -s.Roy E. Johnson ware present requesting recarl..
mendatio zs for a building permit on Lot 73,Parcel 26505 Bldg,Permit
at 3533 Ivy Place, Casao Point. Mr.Johnson also owns Lot 74. Roy Johnson
His property is annroximately 100 ft. From the sewer line.
Nicholls moved,Curry seeondingethat the sites of Lotta
Rudd and Johnson be v weed Sat. , Apri.l 22nd at 9:00 p J T.
and that the Village Engineer be consulted re.Johnson

There being no further business,the meeting was adjourned Adjournment
and a joint meeting truth the Village Council was held to Joint Meeting
xrork on the proposed Zoning Ordinancd.
