PLANNING COMMISSION
VILLAGE OF ORONO FEBRUARY 20, 1967
The meeting was called to order by Chairman
D. J. Russell at 7:35 P.M. Members present
were Rice, Dongoski, Curry and Nichols. Absent
Bartig.
Frank Andrews of El Cajon, California wrote
requesting information as to what could be done
about his Lot 5, Block 1, Plat 41900, Parcel 25,
Bayside Addition, 50 x 125 ft. Lot 6, Block 1 with
the same size is owned by Marylin B. Olson of
Savage, Minnesota. Since neither lot is buildable
by itself, it was the consensus that the Adminis-
trator write Mr. Andrews regarding the code and.
include in his letter the Building Inspector °s
report-and the name and address of the owner of
the adjacent Lot 6.

There being. no further business, thp.,meeting was ADJOURNMENT
adjourned at'8:25 P.M. and the consensus reported
to.a special meeting of the Village Council con -
currentcly in session.
