The meeting was called to order by Chairman D.J.Russell
at 7:30 ''.Ma Members present were H.S.Rice,Vdm.A,Curry and
R.P.Dongaske, Absent :R.L.Searles.
Attern.ey Lee Primus was present represent ing
Frank F,6Eisinger in his request for rezoning his REZONING
property on U.S. #12 from Residential to Industrial, F.K.EI5INGER
Ear, 71singer was informed that this rezoning Bight PROPERTY
elivinate all residential structures. It was moved.
by 'ticeaseeonded by Dongoske, that approval be rec-
coymended, conditional on a 300 foot pride buffer
strip along Old Crystal Bay Road.Carried :Ayes 39nays 0
It was moved by Rice,seconded by Curry,that approm VARIANCE
Ja1 be recommended for the gauge variance request of LUDWIG LARSON
Ludwig .Larson, Motion carried:Ayes 3,nays 0
The committee reported on the Variance request for
a new struoture at Howard's Landingo It found that
there was no problem of visibility for care exiting VARIANCE
from the proposed parking lot onto Co.Hwyo#51; that HOTIARDIS
the landescaping and the style of the building would. LANDING
do much to improve the areal that there would be no
sanitary problem with the surer available; that theta
be no storage of boate,except on the west side; that
the existing structure be torn doern and the land graded;
that the setback from Co,Hwy. #51 appeared to be ade-
quate, Mr Robert Bilger was present and verified the
plans as specified.It was moved by Curryeseconded by
Rice,to recommend approvalo Carried: ayes 3, nays 0
.The request of Wm,A.Curry for a front and aide
Varianoe for a garage on his property was discussed. VARIANCE
It was moved by Dongoske,seconded by Rice,to neccom- Wm. CURRY
mend approval of the Variance,but deny waiver of the
fee, Motion carried :ayes 28nays O,Curry abstaining,
The Chair requested the secretary to obtain infor-
mation As to what aetion,if any,has been -taken on
the CommissbW s recommendation of a year ago that
that Co,Rdo #19 be rezoned Commercial between Navarre
and Toga Rd,
There being no Further business, the meeting was
adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
