Curry at 7.45 P.P. Members present were: H. CALL TO S. Rice and R.F.Dongoske,Absent: D.J.Ruseell and ORDER W.H.Mills,Jro Frank R.Thomson was presentto request rescom- mendations for a building permit on Lots 3 and 40 Block 3. Bergquist and Wiaklundse Park, The view - ing committee reported that these lots correspond to adjacent properties where two 50 foot lots are combined for building sites, Dongoske moved,Rice secondings that approval be recommended. motion passed 3-0. Spencer Smith and Gordon Coffin were present to submit a revised plat for the subdivision of Mr. Smith's property on the Orono Orchard Road, The new plat indicates a 3 acre lot 4A0 to be divided from Mr. Smith's 15 acre property. There is a house existing on this lot. It was suggested that this -lot be made either more or less than the 3 adres in order to avoid the Problem of future subdivision but the motion to recommend approval, made by Rice and seconded by DonUoske. did not in- clude this suggestion,.Motion passed 3-2.
