Chairman D. J. Russell called t:,e meeting to order with
the following members present: ',J.il. Wolfe, R. L. Searles, Um.
A. Curry, D. S. Cleveland, K. Turnham, D. J. Boll and ,m* T

R. A. Bird presented a proposal for subdivision of his
property on Old bong Lake Road* Searles and Turnham, who had
viewed the site, expressed the opinion that insufficient material
had been submitted with the application and the commission
should not take action. Mr. Bird stated he would submit surveys
at a later meeting.
E. T. Olson Subdivision. Searles reported that he and
Turnham had vievied the site, could not find justification for
waiving the one acre lot requirement and recommended denial of
the request. Searles moved the request be denied. The motion
gas seconded by Cleveland and carried*
The comr,iission continued discussion and study of possible
zoning code revisions.
