REGULAR MEETING OF T11� PLANNING COT11ISSION•
VILLAGD OF ORONO JULY 159 1963
Chairman ,.J.Hussell called the meeting to order at
7x40 P.1-1. The follov. ring were present: .L.Searles, ,l. 'J.
Wolfe.D.J.Boll and K.Turnham. Absent: iI.T„a Boldon, 11m. L.
Curry, II. u .:"rice, D.J. Cleveland, H. C .Bagley and ;lm. T.
T..ills.
The request of Effie T.Olson for division of proper—
ty at the corner of Old Long Lake IHoad and .Oast Long
Zake Road was referred to H.L.Searles and K.Turnhars for
site examination and recommendations.
The request of Dr.JoYn1 P. Allenburg for a building
permit on Lot 13 and port of 12a3hadywood Addn. was re-
vievted. Dr.Allenburg stressed the point that he desires a
to build on this site because of the possibility of a
municipal sewer connection. Searles moved that the Com-
mission recommend approval of.the permit subject to pro-
visions for connection to the sewer system when quilt.
The motion was seconded by 'Jolfe and carried.
The CoLuaission continued their study of zoning. An
extensive di Scussion of various categories of zoning
followed. The Chair appointed D.J.Boll and K.Turnham to
study.the matter of lot dimensions.setmback,yard' allow—
ancesgetc. and to submit -their report by mail to members
of the Commission prior to the next meeting.
