Vice Chairman William A. Curry' called the meeting Vo order
at ?040 P;Mo Present were D.S. Cleveland, A.K. Simonson,
D.J. Judkins and Hoeo Rice, regular members; and KD Turnham
and William T. Mills, ex- officio members.
FILL PERMIT - H. KITCHEN j
The viewing committee reported on Lot 24, Block 28, Bald ur Park,
which has received some fill before Ordinance #63 came into
effect and which Mr. Kitchen wishes to continue to fill up to
road level, an' additional one foot, and extend the fill into
additional low level portions of the lot. He stated that his
purpose was to provide dockage and parking space for occasional
use by him and his family , but that he dic' not anticipate any
requestefor a building permit. The Commissiin discussed the
meaning of Ordinance #63 as applied to a situation of this kind.
H *S* Rice moved to ask the Village Council to get our Attorneyes
opinion on the matter. The motion was seconded by D.W* Judkins
and carried.

Mr. Carl Jonas, proprietor of the Brown0s Flay Boat ?forks, was
present, requesting rezoning from Residential to Comtm�rrdal, a
