Chairman D.J.Russell called the meeting to order at 8:00 P.M,
Present were re -ulcer, members Wm,A.Curry and H.S.nice; ex officio
members D.J.Boll and K.Turnham.

The viewing committee made the following report and recommen-
dations: Lot 77 is a long,narrow,steep interior lot sloping down
to shoreline on West.Arm. The only possible access would be by
improving an alley right-of-way between County Road 19 and Rest
Point Hoad, Such an alley would be very steep and, unless black
topped,would probably wash down into Rest Point Road. Properties
on both sides are larger, Recommend that a building permit be denied,
Might reconsider,if sewer becomes available,particularly if Lot
74 could be ditided,with the North half being combined with Lot 77
and the South half with Lots 75 and 76, the Village to vacate the
alley retaining utility easement rights.
The report was accepted and made a matter of record,

The Administrator pointed out that the Council was involved
in a discussion of the keeping of horses in a Residential Districto
The Commission discussed the problem in general, and what effect its
proposed zoning recommendations will have,
ZONING ORDINA:ICD STUDY
Commercial and Industrial zoning was discussed. The Chair re-
quested members to submit,at the next meeting (June 15th),lists of
proposed "Permitted Uses" for these two Districts. Also on the agen-
da will be the study of an Institutional District and problems con-
cerning Multiple Dwellings,
